Bryce Canyon Pines has a good location just a few miles from the park. The bungalows offer a nice large room with a comfortable bed. The decore is basic with no pictures on the walls. The bathroom is clean but a little on the small size. There is an ajoining restaurant that is very good for both dinner & breakfast.... More

Wife and I stayed in one of the king deluxe cabin room for 2 nights. Rooms are clean but old and in need of serious updating and lots of maintenance. The rug was very old and had burn marks near fireplace, which is now converted to electric simulated fireplace. The super mini refrigerator was sitting on top of the microwave... More

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was nothing fancy but clean and pleasant. Our room had a king size bed with a fireplace (which was wonderful). It was very quiet but we were the only ones in our building and with the road being nearby it still wasn't noisy. The hotel is located about 5 miles from the entrance... More

If I could have backed out after seeing the room, I would have. But we had reserved ahead of time. The motel would have been "average" at $40 a night. At $110, it's terrible. I don't have sky-high standards. But a dark room, with no view, in a location away from the park, with no amenities like in-room coffee or... More

Just an average roadside motel with some faily dated rooms and fittings. We initially booked 2 'normal' 2 Queens motel rooms but when we saw them I opted for the 3 bedroom flat above the kitchen. This was far better with a good range of facilities and very clean and comfortable - but boy did I pay for it at... More

I generally love supporting small businesses like this, but this establishment was a disappointment. When the owner & front desk staff--who always seem extremely relaxed when I went in the office--say that they are busy, but never go out of their way to be friendly or helpful, sorry, I will not support that. I went on an 11 night road... More

I had to cancel a reservation that I made in January, 2013 for a date in May, 2013. I made this cancellation in April, well within their cancellation period. When speaking to the woman who answered the phone, I requested that my deposit be credited to my credit card. The woman stated that the deposit was not refundable. I indicated... More

Picked this place based on other reviews and proximity to Bryce Canyon. Expected to be in the park until dark and just needed a place to sleep and head out first thing the next morning. Unfortunately we hit light snow and cold which cut our park time a little. We upgraded to one of the cottages with the fireplace (a... More

Rooms are comfortable and clean. In April we had a room for $65 plus tax, which was $10 higher than quoted in the AAA book. In May this goes up to $115. The Bryce Canyon area unlike the parks further east is very touristy. Prices are high, which is typical for this sort of area.

I booked 2 rooms with them, and because of some reason, I have to cancel my reservation. I noticed there was a 10% non-refundable charge on my credit card, which is about $15. So when my time seems OK later, I think of booking again with them, use my previous 10% "credit" charged by them to make the same reservation.... More
