Copper Chase Apartments manage and rent privately owned condos in Brian Head ski resort. Although the location is good, since each of the condos is independently owned, you are taking a gamble on how the conditions of the apartment really are. With our experience, we headed up with 5 people and rented a 2 bedroom condo. Since it’s a furnished condo we brought food and drink for 3 days. The difficulty started immediately as we got a 3rd floor condo, so you can imaging hauling everything up 4 flights very narrow stairs from the garage basement. (No elevator). We got there in the late afternoon, and later realized that the heat in the living room was not working, it was 28 degrees during the day, so to stay out in the living room you had to bundle up. The next morning I called management to fix the heat, they never came, so I had to call again in the evening when we returned and they brought us a space heater for the entire living room.
