This hotel is a great location from Arches National Park, Moab UT. Often the hotels closest to the National Park are booked all summer long. Blue Moutain Inn is only about an hour south and is a beautiful drive to Arches, if you are looking for an alternate location this is perfect.

Often helpful hospitality can cost nothing, but can effectively smooth over some rough spots in your customer's experience. Our observation at Blue Mountain Inn was that staffers don't want to be bothered with reasonable requests.
THE POSITIVES:
~ A refrig, microwave, and table/chairs in our large room.

We stayed one night, and found the rooms to be marginal - the bathroom shower had the last customer's hair in it, and there was a 6" diameter area of black mold around the shower head. We spoke to the desk clerk about it, but there was no interest taken in our comments.
