Our Staff person was Crystal and she was great. Nice personality. A couple of comments..toilet seat was loose. There was no safety bar nor soap dishes in shower/tub. This could present difficutlies for the older generation. A safety bar should be installed in all bathrooms. TV remote didn't work but was immediately replaced. Breakfast was average. Easily the best La Quinta we stayed in (and we've stayed in quite a few). Modern and well maintained. Freindly, helpful, staff. Large rooms with an added bonus for families - the twin double room included a double sleeper sofa, so our two kids had a bed each. Indoor swimming pool so good for the kids in winter.
