Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, management was helpful, resturant and bar was clean always. As a whole they are a good place to spend your time. This is my home away from home.

They had no room for me upon arrival even though it was guaranteed for late arrival. They put me in a suite and then charged full price. Staff is miserable incompetent group. The breakfast was excellent, loved my overall experience. The atmosphere was very relaxing with the sounds of the birds all around. I can't remember the last time I felt I was so comfortable.

On my way to grandma's house, I stopped at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites in Victoria, Tx. The hotel outside was clean. The attentent behind the counter was friendly & courteous. the check-in process was quick. the rooms were nice and clean. Hats off to the management staff to a job well done.
