We've been staying at this location for the last month and they really take the pain out of having to be away from home. The breakfasts are awesome, the staff has all been friendly and very helpful, and Bobby in the Lobby with his evening "Social Hour" Monday thru Thursday is about as good as it gets. Our room is... if you have a choice, stay at the nearby Courtyard-it's a new property, only a 3-mile drive or the Staybridge Suites, about equal distance. It's new as well. Now onto the review: 1. check-in speed: ridiculously slow. There were 5 ppl in front of me and only one person working (it's 4p and they should anticipate more staffing) 2. asked... More

Overall very nice. The lobby was comfortable and was a great place to do work. Rooms were clean and the layout was nice. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area.

This hotel is set up like a 2 story apartment complex. To locate your room, you first find the bldg number and then the coordinating room. . 1 bedrooms are all on the 1st level of the complex. The 2 bedrooms have 1 br downstairs and a loft with an additional br & bath. This hotel, compared to other Marriott... More

Stayed here for just two nights. Room amenities and carpets are obviously quite old and worn out. Probably due for a major renovation. This is like a self service hotel where the reception just receives you and accepts your payment and you can check yourself out. Different levels of room makes it difficult to move your baggages in and out... More

We have stayed at Residence Inn in Tyler, TX many times and have always had a great stay. This trip was no exception! The studio suite we had was clean & quiet. If the room had been equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and a DVR, it would have been just like home. The happy hour with great snacks &... More

4 friends and myself stayed in a 2 bed, couch, and 2 bathroom room. Twice we came back to the room after the cleaning staff had been there to find our room door wide open. Our key had to be re-programmed during our stay and our trashcans were not emptied, the dirty towels NOT picked up off the floor like... More

We went to Tyler for our anniversary trip and stayed at this hotel. This hotel seemed great from the outside, but after arriving in the room there were no ice makers on site and the refrigerator did not have any ice in it. After we went to sleep there was so much noise coming from upstairs and around us that... More
