Westayed here for 2 nights on a Spring Break trip with our 3 grandchildren. They enjoyed the indoor pool. The continental breakfast was good. The hotel was well located with lots of restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable, however, the pull-out sofa bed was not.

This is fully deserving of 4 stars. The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. It appears to be fairly new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi worked well. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. Unexpected bonus: there is a bike/walking trail a block away. Lots of chain restaurants nearby.

The rooms we were given (we had 10 rooms reserved) were all large, spacious, and most importantly CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff was polite. No rude, ill-mannered managers like at a previous hotel. From an OCD person thanks to the housekeeping for doing a great job :)

I found this to be a nice hotel. We had a king suite and it was very nice and roomy. The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool area was small but we didn't swim so it didn't matter to us. Great location within Tyler - restaurants and mall nearby.
