Visiting family for a week. No service to speak of at the front desk. This hotel was great! Very clean rooms, friendly; professional staff. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable. When I return to Tyler, I know exactly where I will stay! The Candlewood is a great bang for your buck, give them a try.
