I appreciate the staff at Sleep Inn & Suites. On my most recent stay, I forgot my Iphone charger; I did not anticipate staying in Tyler overnight. Jennifer, front desk staff, was eager to loan her personal charger and I was able to receive the business calls I needed.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. We received free access the the gym across the street and the walking trail was perfect. There is shopping, movies, restaurants all within a couple blocks. Great place to stay for the price. The pool was a little dirty but it had just rained too.... More

We highly recommend this site for a weekend getaway. The staff is extremely friendly and the facilities and accommodations are outstanding. On our last visit to Tyler, We noticed the recent awards earned by this Inn, and totally understood why they are at the top of their class. This hotel is off the main drag, but provides easy access to... More

We went to Tyler over the weekend for Canton trade days. Have to say the rooms were great, the breakfast was great (hot)! Saturday left for Canton...when we got back & making coffee for next morning noticed the maid had even taken out the old coffee grounds! The receptionist Christa was a great help in advising some good food/restaurants. The... More

We stayed at the sleep inn for one night and it could not have been better. The beds were very comfortable, the place was quiet. The pool was clean, and the breakfast was awesome. Waffles, real fried eggs, bacon, cereal, etc etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is difficult to find but well worth the trouble. They... More

Had my laptop broken while we were out. Showed it to front desk to file incident report, but was told there is not one. Was told they will e-mail manager with details, but he likely won't answer (which turned out to be true). Called 3 times this morning, kept being told he wasn't there yet. Forth time (at 1:15pm) was... More

I tried reaching out to you on your phone number listed on your reservation which is the same number listed on the complaint with Choice Hotels International. Nice clean hotel. The room was quiet even thought it was spring break and lots of children with their parents. Enjoyed our stay and will return. Thanks, Curtis!

This hotel is "Da Bomb," but since this review is about my personal experience, I will elaborate on the title. Pillows were too soft and room was too quiet. I, like some people, like to have a little "white noise" to drown out any other miscellaneous sounds that may startle me to waking during the night. This room was TOO... More

Thank you for your review. I do appreciate your support and feedback. Might I suggest running the fan on your A/C unit to add some white noise to your next visit. Have a great day and thanks again. More

We stayed here to attend a conference. I have two boys and it was a great place to stay. It's couple of minutes away from the restaurants and mall. We ate at wasabi which is just down the road. It's easier to take South Broadway and turn left when you see Lowe's or Rieck St. Enjoy your stay!
