Room smelled. Dirt behind the beds. Not accommodating to our needs at the front desk. Noisy. Would not recommend. Stay at the Drury, or one of the other 5 million hotels in Houston.

Rooms were average, but clean and quiet. Convenient gas station, Wal-Mart and restaurants nearby within a 5 - 8 minute walk. The breakfast at the hotel was probably the best part - they have a waffle maker that makes Texas-shaped waffles! Plus, eggs, sausage, cereals, toast, fruit, toppings for your breakfast including raisins, oats, and spices.

This hotel has a HUGE problem with the way it was built. The floors above make a horrible creaking noise when people walk. This is the second time I have stayed and it happened both times, If you want quiet sleep do not stay here!

The first room they put me in, the A/C did not work. The second room, was partially cleaned. A/C sort of worked, just did not cool very well. They are very knowledgable about the area as well, when I was looking for a store or a place to eat the knew just where to send me and the easiest way to get there.... More

I stayed at Best Western for two days and everyone was great. Dylan was very friendly and the next morning when I needed directions to my meeting, Kim was able to point me in the right direction. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Next time I am in the Woodlands this is where I would stay.
