We go to canton every month. We like staying at this Best western. The staff in wonderful. The rooms are clean. And my child loves the pool.

Got there (had reservation two days in advance), received room key and opened door and room was not made. Told front desk (I think it was owner) and he had solutions. They cleaned it very good, gave me $15 discount and followed up with us. Breakfast was continental and was well managed.

The room was small but clean. The bathroom was very small. I could hear traffic from the highway all night long. The room included a fridge and microwave. My experience was ruined when I looked a saw visible holes in the sheets. The staff did not try to cover them. I asked for new sheets from the front desk staff.... More
