The room was not clean, dangling, unconnected electrical wires, mold in the bathroom, unbearable smell of smoke in the nonsmoking room, roaches on the nightstand.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in - and I've stayed in some bad ones. The floor was filthy - covered with garbage, dirt, and insects. The bathroom was frightening.
