outside of building is rundown and windows were dirty. the room was clean except for two dead roaches in the bathroom, the towels were stained and the bathtub looked liked it wasn't cleaned well. Checked in with problems. The desk clerk was untidy and not prepared for our arrival. The hotel is run by a family who lives on the property. “Flea Market Resting Place”

Traveling to Roundtop Flea Market Preview Week-end and made reservations for 3 nights. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and comfortable, atmosphere was quiet and reassuring. This was a great deal and it served our purpose well! Will definitely stay again.
