we found bed bugs on us biting us at 5am. we packed up and rushed out. told the clerk and their reply was 'oh yeah we have had trouble with them in that room....demanded a refund and they simply pointed to a ''NO REFUNDS'' sign on the wall.....totally unacceptable, disgusting, etc etc etc..... Worst excuse for Lodging ever!!! Pubes all over the bathroom,holes and mold on the ceiling,smelled like wet cat,drawers fell out of nightstand,giant hole in bedspread,air cond had to be 50 yrs old and worked sporadically,I'm afraid to get under the sheets,so I am going to sleep on top of the spread and hope for the best!!!! The room smell of mens perfume, the smell was so over powering that I had to lower the heat to breath. The bed, the bathtub, the bathroom floor,all of the surfaces were covered withe black hairs, when I pulled back the sheets on the bed it was so full of black hairs it looked like I was cleaning out lent... more

This hotel was awful. The rooms had a terrible ordor inside. Bathroom had mildew behind the toilet and on the shower curtains. Spiders and crickets were in the rooms due to the heavy rain floods. We have stayed at this hotel many times during move-in weekend and football season at TLU. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is friendly. They have a nice, substantial complimentary breakfast. Most of the time we book over the phone in advance, but a couple of times we just showed up and were able to get a room.... more
