I've stayed at a lot of hotels of that cost much more than this one and none of them had better customer service than here. Simply the most respectful, kind, engaging staff I've ever encountered. Truly exceptional focus on the customer.

We stayed here for a month and loved it. Its our home when not in Indiana. The staff is fablous and we loved to take them home with us. You are welcome from the first smile when you come in the door to welcome home when you return at the end of each day. Fresh made cookies are awaiting you...

Room was ready even since we arrived 1 1/2 hours early. We had the king suite and it was very comfortable. Staff always had a smile. The breakfasts were much better than expected. Overall would stay here again.

Hotel building with a rock wall which is so lovely and nice texture to the hotel and their dinner on Tue and Wed was good that you want to come back again.
Their personal was so nice and helpful, real nice rooms and includes a good size refrigerator, stove, microwave and sink in case you would like to get groceries...
