Great location near the lake, lots of restaurants and shopping in the area, but doesn't feel like you're in a big city. The staff was very helpful. I don't like to travel on business, but this was enjoyable. Wish I could have tried the fishing.

We reported a problem with the toilet, it was not fixed. We were to get a refund for 1 night of or 2 night stay. Still waiting on that & the call from the District Manager. I guess the 100 persent satisfaction does not apply to this Hampton. But The Signs Were Evey Where!

We stayed at this hotel after visiting Canton Trade Days - it was an easy drive. We enjoyed the location, the lake is beautiful. Also there are lots of restaurants located nearby. We found the staff to be very friendly and the room to be VERY clean.

The hotel was clean inside and out. The staff were super friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were great, smelled clean, nice fresh covers and pillows. The bed was super soft, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with omelets, bacon, ceral, etc. It would have been nice with some gravy for bisquits, but otherwise it was good. Great stay, would stay again!

Only one person seemed to enjoy working at the hotel. The girl working 3-11 when I checked in seemed friendly. clean, comfortable, conveniently located, good amenities, excellent value, hotel is always very clean, location is next to many good restaurants, located near Lake Ray Hubbard providing good views, room had two queen beds and was spacious, internet connectivity is excellent, breakfast is good but not great, it was certainly adequate

Attending huge trade show at Dallas Convention Center but all nearby hotels were sold out. This hotel was conveniently located on I-30 with good traffic flow to/from Convention Center. Lots of restaurants and lovely lake nearby.
