My family and I have been staying with Mr B for years and we always have a Blast bbqing and dancing under the huge patio he has there. Our rooms are always clean and fresh. We will contiue to stay with Mr. B at the sportsman Manor!!

My husband and I stayed at Sportsman Manor for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was very clean, spacious and up to date. The staff was very people friendly and the Management was remarkable. We look forward to staying there again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this Motel. The rooms are very spaceous and clean with plenty of room to move around. There is even plenty of room for a baby bed. This is a very nice motel we stayed at Rockport. My wife and I love it. The fishing piers are close by. The service was good especially what Mr.P has done was beyond our expectation. Great breakfast.
