This is the worst hotel I've visited in Richardson. I ended up in three rooms within 24 hours of arriving. The first room had an adjoining room and the door to the adjoining room did not lock. WE had a very nice room, very comfortable. Only a couple of problems incurred: (1) the TV remote needed fresh batteries and on the 2nd night, we were there I went & got some after requesting them twice. My stay was wonderful! Hotel personnel was very helpful. The first room was without hangers in the closet and Francisco immediately correct the problem by reassigning me to another room. I will continue to stay at your facilities.
