Stayed two nights and everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast came with our room and to my surprise was pretty good. Everything was hot and fresh. Our rooms were clean and quite. When we are back in the Dallas area we will stay here again.

If you are staying in the northeast area of Dallas, this is a nice hotel to stay at. It's clean and new. Breakfast is extra but very good.

Got a great rate on Orbitz. A little out of the way (we were visiting friends in the Park Cities), but very safe area, nice rooms and public space, free wi-fi, etc. Literally half the price of a Courtyard 5 miles south on Central Expressway, but much nicer and worth the ten minute drive.

Nice, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent rates-including breakfast, perfect for our family-visiting trip. I even felt safe in the parking lot at night.

I was surprised that you have to pay for breakfast thank goodness for the waffle house down the street. There weren't any vending machines either.
