I've stayed at this hotel several times per year for the past couple years. The staff in all areas are extremely helpful and accomodating. Any issue i've had was dealt with promptly.

Spent one night here and it was very nice. The bar was nice and the bartender was very friendly. There are some great places to eat and drink just across the street and it is very close to the freeway. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has a modern and friendly atmosphere.
Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast buffet offers a wide choice of tasty things.
The staff is very friendly and helps with transports to the companies nearby.
The price is ok and if you have to stay for business in Dallas region I would recommend this hotel.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is easily accessible from the freeway. It is clean, safe, and free parking. I did go to the bar one evening. Found it a little odd it closed at 11pm but it was somewhat quiet after Christmas. We Pricelined this hotel for a very affordable price for two rooms....

Very good service and comfortable room, but it's showing its age. I took a cold shower the first morning as did a few coworkers. Figured out the next morning that you have to turn the knob back off the stop to get hot water.

For people who know the Hyatt brand, this one is what you'd expect. Clean, quiet, great night's sleep. The rooms are updated, the front desk staff is attentive and helpful. We were in town for a family event so we didn't take advantage of what the hotel has to offer. It was just a place to sleep for the night....
