Our room smelled badly of mold/mildew. Bathroom had peeling paint on the walls, not good for travelers with children, rust on the tub, and it looked like the shower rod was ripped off the wall and they temporarily repaired it by hanging it back up, using duct tape to cover the damage and painting the duct tape the same color... more
