Nice RV Park. Many season long visitors. They call themselves"Winter Texans". Still room for some short stay folks as we were. Facilities are not new, but well maintained. The beach is right over the dune. Beach as far as the eye can see.

This place was everything we expected from arrival. Spot was where we were told. Employees helped us get set up, even though we were in a motorcoach (versus a trailer) that is easier to navigate. well we purchased a kayak trip with coastal bend kayak company down in Aransas Pass. BTW we love it down here but we've never brought our camper before. Family oriented, friendly and right by the beach! No problems what so ever. We enjoyed our 4 day stay and will come back next year! Would recommend to anyone. Only downfall was that the bathroom was messy, but other than that- GREAT PLACE

Stayed here over the July 4th weekend. We have been visiting this RV Park for many years and this was our last straw with the current management. Forget about customer service, welcoming friends and dogs-just make sure you don't have more than one vehicle per RV-you might be threatened to have it towed, like we were. Great location but if you have anything bigger than a 20'...good luck. Parking is not enforced so in and out of your spot could take some time (as it did us) especially if you have to find the person the vehicle belongs to and have a 36' travel trailer. We found this place on the internet and drove 3 days to get here. We were pleasantly surprised at this lovely little facility. Located just steps from the beach, it has lovely gardens, friendly staff and beautiful views of the gulf. The bathrooms are small and could use a remodel, but you are camping! For luxury, go to a hotel.... More
