the common areas smell of some disinfectant / cleanser and are not very clean. I hate it when they use stinky stuff to clean things. Elevator was dirty. Front desk was very helpfull. I did not find any good restaurants in the area.

Reception staff very friendly and accommodating. The online reservation needed a change and it was accomplished smoothly. Fresh baked cookies were offered. Breakfast items were plentiful with good attention to keeping it stocked. Barbecue restaurant adjacent.

Got a suite here. Good hotel with no problems. Price was maybe a little bit higher than what I would expect, but with lack of hotels in area I guess I understand why. Fast food places were not too far away. Festival was about 30 min away.
