We checked in around 8pm and found our room and the comfy beds easily enough, but there was no trash can in the room. Doesn't seem like a big deal unless you travel with children. A group of my extended family and friends stayed at Midtown several weeks ago, and we absolutely loved it. The renovated rooms were great, with plenty of high-end amenities. The service was excellent and the staff was great at keeping up with the demands of a group of 20+. Definitely worth the price, and we would love to stay here... more

Under no circumstance do I recommend that you use a credit card to pay for or reserve your room. Our card was charged for "missing" pillows several days after we checked out. I tried serveral time to get in contact with the manager and I was given the run around. more

It took over 15 minutes to start the check in process because the owner was "playing" (their term not mine) on the computer and we (the paying customers) had to wait for him to finish. Headboard fell off the wall, the maintience guy was intoxicated when he came to the room to fix the headboard, shower did not work no water pressure, was NOT worth 100 dollars a night. Very angry traveler more
