Travelled here for 3 nights with my friend (ages 20 & 26) for a girly weekend break. Apartments were great value for money, spacious and clean. Perfect location - close to beach and short walk from main nightlife of Americas. Staff always polite and helpful - would definately return!! more

Me and my friend who is aged 20 and 21 both females stayed in California hotel for two weeks fromthe begining of may 08.. Had a lovely week at the Hotel California!!! The reception staff were superb,and very friendly,The rooms had everything we needed,They were very clean and the staff kept them that way! Just back from the California apartments and it was just awful. This place was full of Irish yobs who cursed and swore 24/7 and had no regard for anyone around them or worst of all children. I arrived on the Monday and every night for another 12 nights was bedlam. Brawls broke out every night and the police were called... more

Me and my bf stayed here near the end of july rooms are basic and clean..cleaned once every 2 days or so.. reception are useless dont no what there doing the onli problem i had was the noise..woken up several times during most nites because of groups running round screaming banging on ur door and so on..they tawt they owned... more

just for back and have to say its a lovely place staff are friendly and very helpfull. room are clean and well kept and have all the needs you will require for your stay all very basic but what else are you looking for maids clean the rooms 5 days out of th 7. food/drink from hotel in over priced... more

Nightmare place,Manager on a money making racket,fined for noise but was a sleep in bed!!!!no other option but to pay or they would call Police and chuck us out.Noise from others was wild,riot police called and raided rooms no consideration for people who where not involved.ended up coming home early couldn't stick the place,full of louts looking a fight!!!Rep useless... more
