The Tucanes is in a brilliant location but that is about the only good point. The service is poor with the poolside bar closing at 5pm and a "that's tough" attitude. We were given no safe as reception did not know how it worked,our room was not cleaned for 5 days the sheets were not changed the whole week we were there. This bungalow resort is situated near the Jumbo shopping centre with a big variety of (gay)night life. The complex was taken over by a company called Gran Classic some time ago.
