Hi stayed here in last year Was fab, excellent views, large apartment/bedsit, cleanish, friendly staff and fab pool even when overcrowded. Yes the steps are a problem, very unstable and dangerous but you can avoid them by walking round and up the hill. Santa Ponsa was delightful....LOVED IT!

Just back from a 3 night trip to Santa Ponsa on a hen party weekend. Wasn't expecting the ritz, but this hotel was good. apartments were very big and spacious a 1 bedroom more than enough for 2 adults and 2 children steps were fine i had 2 children with me age 8 and 3 didnt have a problem with the steps and there is the option of walking on round the path and not take the steps did a few times only extra... More

Room was quite dirty. Location is OK, wouldn't recommend it for elderly or people with children as there is about one hundred steps to troop up and down to get to shops / bars / restaurants / beach. Wouldn't recommend this hotel, bet trying to find somewhere else.

Lovely hotel and pool area. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a huge balcony. We ate in the pool snack bar a couple of times and the food was fine. Really enjoyed our stay, only downside was the amount of stairs!

We had a great week despite the location of the hotel which is awful and there are exactly 350 steps if we wanted to make a short cut and avoid the hour walk to the resort centre so going and coming back to the hotel is 700 steps. There is nothing near the hotel unless you walk to the centre.... More
