when i arrived i was told i had to pay 100 euros deposit for any damages which i was not told beforhand which put a strain on my holiday. the railings on my balcony was very loose which would be dangerous for children.i arrived at 11am and could not check in till 3pm the service was poor this is one... more
We stayed at the Apartments Arquus in July 05, the apartments are in four separate buildings Arquus 1,2,3 & 4 on Carlos Buigas, we had booked Arquus 2 and were dropped off by the taxi with our luggage, (as we were a party of 11 we had quite a lot) there is no reception in the apartments as they share... more
