We stopped here October and from start to finish it was a nightmare, our room had mold on wall, human fesces on toilet brush cracks in wall, reception staff where rude, but I do have to say the entertainment ( pepito and bonbon )where amazin food nice to pool great and bar huge hope this helps someone More

Each room has a digital flat screen tv in it, Many of the shows are dubbed in to Spanish but most of the time you can switch back to the original English! We fully agree with previous comments. Expected to have some children in hotel but it was over-run! The reception area had kids skateboarding,on scooters and generally running riot in the lifts and corridors, a nightmare.
