Like many - we were transferred to this hotel at short notice from the El Paso. We were pleased to begin with however: - Check-in procedure: ridiculous, most people confused, rooms are not ready before 3pm and you will invariably have an hour's wait standing in a queue. We travelled to the Caribe at the begining of september. First impression of the reception area weren't very good at all. Very tacky, with formica reception desks and cheap looking aquatic ornaments on the walls. The staff themselves were not the friendliest and had limited understanding of English.
