It was a very noisy hotel we could hear sliding wardrobe doors, snoring, toilets flushing, the pillows were thin and beds were like sleeping on the rockey coves...Meal times were repetetive and food barely warm, staff couldn't keep up with table setting. The hotel has 2 parts which isn't specified anywhere much. There is best negresco 1 which is the main one and best negresco 2 just over the road. They are both lovely.
