Just back from spending Xmas at this hotel, booked through Thomsons. First impresssion, which was maintained during our stay, was the general cleanliness of the facilities and helpfulness of staff. Just returned after a week at the Riviera. Booked with Thomson. Both reps were available a lot and seemed to be very helpful to guests. I've spent last week in the Hotel Riviera. All I can say... Wonderful. The staff is very efficient and helpful. It was my 5th visit to the hotel, and I feel like at home. The food is fantastic, rooms are very clean. The hotel is quiet, perfect for relax. Good location near Puerto Marina. We will be back again. More

Just back from a week at the Riviera, this hotel is set in a great location but if you are a wheelchair user there is an incline at the entrance to the hotel. Riviera Med Playa Benalmadena Contrary to some of the previous reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. Yes the hotel is a little dated, but nothing to worry about.
