Taking into account the great snow we made a last minute booking - overall this was better than expected. Despite the not so positive reviews on Tripadvisor me and my friend decided to book a room at Hotel Les Balcons for the week at the end of march/beginning of april. And we did not regret it! First things first - we stayed here for a weekend skiing and Belle Plagne and the resort area is great. However, during our stay at the hotel there was no hot water, due to the boilder breaking down. Apparently this hotel has experienced a boiler breakdowns before, but continously accepts guests knowing that guest could be without hot water at... more
To avoid confusion - there are Balcons apartments and a hotel which are in neighbouring buildings. This review relates to the hotel, where we stayed.
