First, I must say that we overall had a great stay at hotel l´Hacienda. We stayed 3 nights, August 2008, in room Azuroise. I was finalizing my reservation with Hotel l'Hacienda in Bidart, Pays Basque, France, when they forwarded me a copy of their rules and regulations.
