The hotel had been pre-booked and paid, but emailed the hotel after the ferry was cancelled and they changed the room to next day without any further charge. `This was much appreciated. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely return

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. The Ibis value for money and quality seems to have slipped, probably due to the recession. I will still continue to stay at Ibis Hotels on my travels, but standards need to be addressed.

Ibis Madrid Móstoles is too far away from everything. You can walk to Móstoles Central Metro station (15 minutes) and get in to central Madrid that way.
