Great Hotel, with nice staff and quality accommodation. Totally spoiled by the excessive prices for food and drink, and the so-called nominal spa charge to residents. Great shame as this is a lovely place to be.

3 night stay as part of a company conference. Early in season and hotel had just opened with very few other guests. Excellent service, beautiful views, and a clean comfortable room with a bathroom the size of most London hotel rooms including a walk in steam shower and separate tub.
