Getting to the Palmyra Beech is easy from Athens city centre by tram, although it's quite a long journey. Connections from the airport are by bus and also fairly lengthy. The hotel itself is situated just 200m inland from the tram stop and has the feel of a traditional resort hotel. Although it's on the coast, the view from the... More

Very nice location, especially for those travelling by car: free parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. 100 m far from the beach. 80 m far from the tram stop going to the centre of Athens. Easy to reach, by car. Located in the new residencial part of Athens, with large road, modern architecture, airy area. Very... More

"What do you expect from a four star beach hotel (Palmyra Beach Hotel) in Athens"? You know straight away when you as the guest is asked that question by the duty (operations?) manager that this is not good. The first thing to expect is that she should know the answer to her own question. For the twelve night stay a... More

The hotel is OK. No major issues with service, though somtimes the bartender would disappear (I guess this was due to how slow it could be), and at breakfast some food items would run out quickly and not be replaced frequently. It's a clean hotel. The rooms are slightly dated, but come with good A/C and are a decent size.... More

The hotel was located close to town and the beach. Although not a luxury hotel, value for money made it a great choice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool clean and tidy. Did not really enjoy the food. Staff were extremely helpful. We stayed 11 nights and would go back. More

The hotel is simple and has access to Glyfada shopping center and near a tram station. Breakfast is ok and staff are friendly. Take care that their airport transport service is not working on Saturdays More

OK hotel at an OK price, but not if you plan to spend time at the hotel during your vacation. We spent most our time at the private beach in Glyfada, Balux House Project, and had a great time. The hotel is clean, good air condition and a very friendly staff. It is also close to the tram taking you... More

I stayed here with friends for a week. I definitely recommend staying in Palmyra if you are going to Glyfada. The people working here are very friendly and hospitable; I felt very welcomed here. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The hotel location is not that bad either. It is one block from the beach and about 3 blocks... More

We stayed for three days with my family (my husband and 2 small children). The Room - junior suite - was fine with separate spaces for us and the children. The hotel is on Poseidonos Avenue so it was noisy although the windows kept out much of the noise - at night it was annoying. The surrounding is nice though... More

This hotel had very nice common areas and an amazing spread for American breakfast. The rooms were your typical chain hotel rooms and looked a bit dated. The hotel is right on a 3 lane highway so it was loud at night b/c our room was right on the street side. The pool and outdoor bar were very nice and... More
