Stayed here for business. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Every front desk staff member I encountered was very courteous and helpful. The rooms do need a little updating and the bathroom is a little worn. Other than that, it was nice and would stay here again.

Great hotel! The staff is helpful and friendly. Room Serives has good quality of food. I would recommend for business or pleasure stay. They gym is small, but they have membership to a larger gym down the street. The evening event is great! Loved all the variety of items they offer. I Will return!

Perfect situation when it comes to an essential get away or enjoyable business trip. Would not choose any other hotel even if it were half the price or it had any luring amenities . Perfect stay, perfect staff perfect all around treatment to a modest family like ours.

I stay often at ES in McAllen, because it's so central - easy access to/from the airport (with shuttle), the mall is :05 away, and so is downtown. As well kept as any ES property I've stayed at, with a good happy hour, and excellent breakfast. I also like the bar, with reasonably priced wine.

If you are on business, this is a wise price hotel with complimentary breakfast buffet, with lots of tables. The hotel is a little bit old, but well maintained. You are fairly near everything. Rooms are quiet and clean.
