We stay in this Hotel several times a year. It is our "half-way" stop. We need a handicap accessible room, and in all our visits, the room is ready, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We arrive happy to get there and leave feeling rested and ready to continue the trip. more

I stay mostly in HI Express hotels because the majority are brand new, clean, offer good service, and provide a fitness center. This hotel in Lubbock was no exception. We rented the "Jacuzzi Suite" which was really just a regular room with a jacuzzi (which was not in the bathroom, but still big and nice.) It coulda used a good scrubbing, and (eww) I did find a hairball in it. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and it was a central location though. I'd stay there again. more

The Lubbock Holiday Inn Express offers good value for your money, with nice rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet (love the coffee and cinnamon rolls!). The wireless internet access could use some strengthening and the bathrooms are a bit bland, but everything was clean. Best TV channel selection of any hotel I've ever stayed at. more

Large rooms, nice staff, good rates. Can't beat that! The location is fine. Lubbock is small and it only takes a few minutes to get anywhere in the city from here. This is the fifth hotel we've stayed at in Lubbock and we'd definitely return. more
