Stayed here while attending a wedding on the Royal Princess wedding boat. Nice convention resort hotel with clean well appointed rooms. Spider on the wall of room, in first 5 minutes of entering. Loading/unloading area, people just park there all day. You have to load/unload in fire lane. Closet door handle & curtain pull back rod came off in my hand. Room smelled of mold on 5th floor. More

I checked into my room and found no soap in the bathroom. I also noticed a big black hair in the tub that was not mine. The deadbolt lock did not work.
