-Very nice new clean hotel. -We stayed in a suite; Beds very comfortable. BUT Awoken at 4:00am by Houston Police, many FORD vehicles broke into. Stereo system and other items stolen. Parked in front by the door. More

Although it seemed clean enough, the room was damp and musty - even the sheets felt clammy. It was also small and cramped, with uncomfortable florescent lighting, and the heater was rather noisy. When I became ill and unable to make a long distance trip, Holiday Inn Express refused to refund my cancellation of the reservation even though I provided more than 24 hours notice. Even airlines are not this restrictive. I encourage any traveler to avoid the Holiday inn Express facilities. More
