The room was filty. I don't enjoy seeing dust, dirt and other customer's hair all over the room, especially the bathroom. It was very small. Barely enough room for the two queen beds. I have stayed here twice in the last year. It is a very clean, well maintained property. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included which, at this property, included scrambles eggs plus biscuits and gravy (I am a push-over for anyone who offers me biscuits and gravy...). Made reservations to stay at this facility via Hotwire. Price we paid was lower than any rate in the entire town. That being said- this nearly new hotel is very nice. The La Quinta is a very modern hotel with flat screens in the bed rooms, large beds, and a nice size bathroom. The front desk was always very helpful and friendly. No worry about cleanliness as there wasn't a spot dirty. The only complaint was that on a Sunday with nearly all rooms full, the continental breakfast ended at 9am.... More
