I spent the night prior to going on an early morning flight to the Bahamas. The shuttle service to/from the airport is convenient. The TV in our room didn't work due to some cable company issue that impacted many rooms. We asked for maintenance to take a look and went to work out. Two hours later they still hadn't came....

This hotel is not as bad as some of the reviewers indicate. In fact, it is a perfectly nice hotel. While it is not as shiny as some newer Embassy Suites, the staff was nice, our room was clean, there were flat panel TVs in the rooms, the gym was small but well equipped, and the pool was well maintained....

This Embassy Suites isn't up to the same standards as other Embassy Suites I've been to. It's alright for one night if you need to be close to the airport and there's no other openings at other hotels.
The lobby area is nice, but the rooms need updating.
