Let me start by saying that Starwood is typically my hotel chain of choice -- I have stayed at many, many of their properties over the years. This is my first stay at the Element brand of the chain.
Some things they get right:
No carpet -- eliminates that nasty, stained-carpet experience that seems inevitable in almost all hotels regardless...

Due to an oversold condition at my normal place to stay in Irving, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room at the Element.
Nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Even though I was a "walked guest" from another hotel chain, they made me feel right at home. I really appreciated it.
Great beds... plush and comfortable.

"Element" is modernising the business hotel exprience, jazzing it up, and moving away from beige! The rooms are comfortable, well designed and have the necessary amenities. The hotel lobby area is modern with clean lines and the bar is a nice place to have a drink in the evening. Complimentary breakfast is good with limited choice but enough to satisfy...

I arrived early on a Friday to check in for my weekend away. First of all they are over priced for the area, the staff is young and has no idea of what customer service is. I went to my room to find the room dirty. I went back to the desk and asked for the manager. They said she...

I was impressed with the clean, modern look of this hotel, as well as its philosophy regarding conservation and "green" living. Upon arrival, everything looked clean and in order in my room. However, after dropping the bar hand soap, that subsequently slid across the bathroom floor, I noticed it had picked up varying shapes and lengths of hair. That was...

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days for business and enjoyed it very much. I had a suite with 2 queen size beds of an amazing quality and plenty of pillows. Everything in the room was there to have a nice stay. The rain shower was just great !! The breakfast was rather limited but that's in all US...

We stayed overnight when flying into DFW and had an awesome experience. The Hotel is new and Spotless! We arrived at the complimentary Happy Hour and Dinner which was spaghetti, salad, fresh fruit and wine, beer, sodas etc. The next morning, we had a delicious breakfast and headed back to the airport using the free shuttle. I loved the Element...

I like Element hotels because of their focus on the environment combined with some of the flair you expect from Westin -- particularly the comfortable beds. This one is a particular favorite. Shuttle picks you up from the airport (remember to get their number as you need to call them when you land) and the same shuttle takes you to...

This was my second time here and it was fantastic. There are plenty of reasons you should stay here, some of which include:
- Free breakfast
- Free dinner, not just snacks, but options like manicotti, tacos, BBQ chicken
- Free beer & wine in the evening
- Comfortable, inviting public spaces including a patio where dinner is occasionally held...
