If your getting charged $300 a room, the rooms HD TV should get HD signal. Second, you should not get single ply, one atom thick toilet paper. Since I'm an SPG Platinum, I always stay at SPG properties. I wish I could give this property higher rankings, but this worn hotel needs major refurbishing. I always stay at the Westin when in Houston, mainly for location. If I compare this to say the Westin Langkawi here in Malaysia, it disappoints.
