Rooms were spacious and well-appointed with multiple plugs, comfortable desk and terrific bed and an assortment of pillows. Loved the complimentary iced tea at the reception and the helpful concierge. more

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was ok. The room is nice and the bed is very comfortable...very small bathroom. The service is ok, they have an outstanding concierge called Barbara...one of the best ! Nice breakfast but the service in the menu in the restaurant on the Lobby would need to be changed and add more variety.... more

Service is pretty good with friendly staff, but the rooms are terrible. Probably should be a Holiday Inn - not a JW Marriott. I had to spend a night in Houston on business so I picked the JW Marriot due to its location - right next to the Galleria. It was a good choice !
