I had to stay at this location due to business. The experience was very disappointing. The room smelled stale and the cooling system sounded like a tractor engine. The staff was very friendly but didn't make up for the lack of relaxation within the room.

Fast check-in...friendly staff. I love the gym at this place especially the sauna. Great rooms, the beds are so comfortable. The location is the only downside to this hotel. There is plenty of dining in the area. It's just a little far from the galleria for what I wanted

Despite of the chain reputation, great location to work at downtown and Energy Corridor and average facilities, the poor service in the front desk and staff make me unable to recommend at least this specific hotel of the chain.

I choosed this hotel for the location: close to freeway and galleria area. The pool is nice, but a lot of noise from the traffic. Staff is nice. My room was very humid. The bar area is nice. You can also have dinner in the bar area instead of the restaurant. Nice when you are alone.

Nice hotel especially for this part of town. Not that the area is particularly run down, but it's not in a big hotel/tourist part of town.
