Reserved on ihg.com and got a great deal that included parking, drink coupons and breakfast. Although the evening clerk said that I didn't he upgraded me to a suite since I was a platinum rewards member. The next morning I discussed it with the guest service agent and he made it all right! more

September 24- 25, 2009 We stayed at this hotel b/c we are Priority Club members and the location suited our needs. We were in Houston for medical reasons and it was very close to the Texas Medical Center Hospitals, and offered a very good medical rate. Thank you for your review. I apologize that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. I am not sure why your refrigerator and microwave were on the floor as they are usually accommodated in a shelf unit outside of the restroom. There is the possibility that you were in a handicap room. I will try to look into it...
Just spent a night at this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located right on the Southwest Freeway in Houston, just south of Kirby. Perfect location being close to medical center with complimentary shuttle service throughout the day and also close to down town,uptown and galleria. It was nice to have mini refrigerator and microwave in addition to usual amenities. Room was clean,service was good The staff was courteous and efficient more

I booked this hotel through Priceline for my sister who was visiting from Dallas. We live down near the coast, and after a marathon visit with our grandmother, it was getting late and her young kids were very tired. I have stayed at this hotel now several times and it is always a great stay. Reasonable rates, super friendly staff and also the staff seem to be truly caring. I have been undergoing treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center and they also have a shuttle to the center. The rooms are renovated and clean. The beds are super comfortable... more
