From the moment i arrived till the moment i left the service was second to none.All staff were very friendly and Mandy as i have seen in several other posts led the way. “Go see Mandy Absolutely amazing Bates”

I'm still in house and they are wonderful from the bar to the front desk to the staff who are really helpful especially Mandy she saw us in the lobby approached us and asked how our stay was and next thing you know we are getting on the wave having a great time ....Thanks Mandy

Ask for Mandy at concierge! She will take great care of you! Conveniently located near galleria! Close to downtown, great breakfast buffet, spacious rooms, friendly staff, awesome business center. Perfect for business stays or a weekend getaway.

“So guest friendly!!”

Mandy, the concierge was an absolute pleasure! The service was absolutely above and beyond... The hotel was clean, centrally located, and had great access to the freeway! Ask for Mandy if you stay here. She has great recommendations for where to go in houston!

Mandy Bates was awesome and helpful. I was not familiar with this town. Mandy was able to give me suggestions on where to go to eat and shop while I was in this city. She ensure that my stay at the crowne plaza was a great experience. She has great customer service and I really enjoyed my stay!!

Great place. Very easy to get to downtown. Service is awesome! Quite rooms with central ac Mandy is great! Good to see many staff at priority club reception. See lot of regulars, that is a very good sign! Every one is happy!!!!!!!!

“Houston we had a problem”

Hotel had a shuttle to take you anywhere in 3 miles which was convenient . Was close to goodes BBQ restaurant which I can't rate highly enough . Rooms were very nice and the cleanliness was spot on . “Refreshing”

My stay at the Crown Plaza River Oaks was refreshing, excellent service (Mandy, Debbie, Dimples, Jorge to name just a few) provided awesome service. Facilities are modern and up to date, excellent area around many stores and things to do. I encourage anyone visiting Houston stay at this Crown Plaza
