I stayed here while on business in the area. Overall it the hotel is well kept and the rooms are your basic cookie cutter design with little personal feel. The staff at the desk is nice and the free breakfast is not bad. All in all I would stay here again. It was a good value for price. more
The Country Inn & Suites near the Houston Hobby Airport was an exceptional find. The rooms were large, tastefully decorated and the foyer had a very welcoming vibe. Very clean and nice hotel. Very close to Hobby Airport. Front desk and shuttle driver were very friendly. Colse to Houston medical center and downtown. more
I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in early March 2008 for 3 nights while I was in the process of moving from Houston. The room I had faced the aiport runways, but I never heard planes take off/land. I had a couple of issues with housekeeping either not cleaning on one day, or not throwing away the trash... more
This is a typical airport hotel.Its in a rather sleazy part of Houston,right next to the airport.I would not advise walking around that area at night. Check in has been fine at times,terrible at others.It just depends upon who is working that shift. The rooms aren't bad for a typical aircrew hotel-plain vanilla,but ok. Thanks for submitting your review and giving me an inside look to my property. I'm often not able to find all problems due to my limited time and I appreciate the feedback. We have re-trained the whole front desk staff and replaced a few employees. Our number one priority will continue to be our guests.
This inn is a bit older. Check-in went fine. We arrived a day early but had no problems. We did have to ask for towels on day 2. We left for the day and returned to find the towels were removed but the room had not been cleaned, the towels had not been replaced. We left a small list of... more

Brought the wife, kid and mother to Houston for a weekend visit. Check-in at this Country Inns & Suites was a little slow, but once our presence was acknowleged, the staff was reasonably pleasant.
