I use this hotel every sunday for church services and the staff and front desk workers are very friendly and always acknowlegde you when you walk in. As far as cleanliness, they are very clean and have not had a problem with them so far. more

Anthony Saunders really does a great job keeping this hotel well run. Its very clean with courteous front desk staff. Late one night Debbie at the front desk (and Rosa on another evening) was very helpful and polite in providing me with some items needed for my room. The Crestwood Suites offer all the amenities of being home without actually being there. The staff is awesome and very helpful when you need them. "Was promised a roll-a-way bed by agent of Expedia for family of four (2 with disabilities)going to funeral . After we got there the hotel stated they do not do roll-a-way beds.
